The Brow Band™ is a terrycloth band eyebrow applicator. Using the Brow Band™, which has long Velcro® strips at each end for adjust-ability, allows you to keep your hand free while you moisten our tattoo eyebrows. To use, simple moisten the front of the Brow Band™, place it over your eyebrow tattoos, fasten the Velcro® in the back and wait approximately 3 minutes before removing. One size fits all!
